CONCEPT AND AIM
GEST - The Global Embolization Symposium 2008 is the scond edition of a continous intensive education program at the cutting edge of the most recent embolization technologies with more than 70 international faculty members. The aim is to provide knowledge and improve practical skills in embolization techniques, as developed and practiced by a renowned international faculty.

ACCREDITATION
GEST 2008 is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net.
GEST 2008 is designated for a maximum of 21 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA). To convert EACCME credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, contact the AMA. www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/category/1438.html

The GEST 2008 Exhibition will be located on level -2 adjacent to the main plenary hall. The exhibition is an ideal place for networking and refreshments. It is the ideal place to visit between conference sessions and/or during breaks.
